If you purchased through our website, please review the policy below to ensure eligibility.

Return Policy

  • To return an item, you'll need to get an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Sorry, without one, we will not accept your return.

  • Products that are open, used, damaged, or returned without all original components (e.g., screws, cables, adapters) will be subject to a restocking fee.

  • ProClip will determine, in its sole discretion, if the product(s) can be returned by the purchaser, and if returnable, upon what terms.

  • Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Extended Holiday Returns: Items purchased from ProClip USA starting on November 1, 2025, may be returned through January 31, 2026. Orders must be shipped back within 14 days of return creation.

  • To exchange an item, you must follow the return process above, and if eligible, we will refund the purchase price and applicable taxes to you, but we will not refund any shipping charges. Then all you need to do is purchase the item you'd like. 

  • All clearance sales are final and are not eligible for returns.
