ProClip USA Return Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, so if you need to return something, we're here to help. Here's everything you need to know about our Returns Policy:

  • Website Order Returns must be made within 30 days from the date of delivery.

  • To return an item, you'll need to get an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Sorry, without one we will not accept your return.

  • Send your request for an RMA via email to returns@proclipusa.com.

  • Please be sure to provide your order number or other proof of purchase (Photo of packing slip) with your return request. 

  • Products that are open, used, damaged, or returned without all original components (e.g., screws, cables, adapters) will be subject to a restocking fee.

  • ProClip will determine, in its sole discretion, if the product(s) can be returned by the purchaser, and if returnable, upon what terms.

  • Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • To exchange an item, you need to return it to us within the 30-day period by following the return process above, and if eligible, we will refund the purchase price and applicable taxes to you, but we will not refund any shipping charges. Then all you need to do is purchase the item you'd like. 

  • All clearance sales are final and are not eligible for returns.
